This session is designed to establish trust, foster community, and create a shared foundation for the work ahead.

By the end of this session, you will:

✦ Begin building meaningful connections with fellow cohort members

✦ Understand the purpose, structure, and expectations of the program

✦ Explore your own motivations for participating

✦ Reflect on your relationship with AI and technology

✦ Be introduced to the concept of a Personal AI Policy

✦ Create the first draft of your Compass

✦ Connect with other women pursuing entrepreneurial or side-gig opportunities.

✦ Reflect on the opportunities and concerns AI presents in your work.
