This week I've been researching AI Adoption as Resistance — a talk title I submitted in a moment of zero fucks to give. Of course, I will be sharing (de-identified!) stories from our community at the conference...because.....
HOLY COW: you people have BALLS and you bet we're here for it. Women using AI for all manner of resistance, from creating a bespoke LLM that centers women to creating a translation app to use during ICE interactions to using AI to update job descriptions across a swath of positions, spotlighting pay inequities.
