🍓 Are You Pondering or Dithering?

I love a good ponder, but I haaaaatteeee dithering.

Give me a decision with enough variables and I can happily think about it from 14 different directions and make a decision. But then…sometimes…

There is a point when pondering turns into delay.

When I have a decision to make about investing in myself or my business, I come back to three questions.

Will this get me closer to my goals?
Not someone else’s goals. Mine. Where am I trying to go, and will this meaningfully move me in that direction?

Does this beat figuring it out alone?
I CAN figure out an awful lot of things myself. The better question is whether I should. Sometimes access to people who know more than I do, have already made the mistakes, or can see around a corner I can’t see yet is worth paying for.

Can I make the investment work?
This one is practical. Money. Time. Energy. What does saying yes require, and can I make that work without creating a mess somewhere else?

Those are the same questions I’d use if I were deciding whether to come to CREATE.

Look at what you’re trying to accomplish over the next year. Look through the CREATE program. Look at the women you’ll spend the weekend with.

Then answer the three questions.

If you get three yeses, you probably have your answer.
