The CREATE Conference is a highly intellectual experience.

But at CREATE HQ, we are disciples of Priya Parker’s The Art of Gathering, and know that burning left brain calories all day can leave everyone feel SO DRAINED when they get on the plane to go home.

This year we loaded the experience with intentional activities to shake it out, turn off that part of our brains, refresh and renew. Art, music, making, moving, meditating will support our intellectual supercharge.

Before CREATE 2025, we had the good fortune to work with Tes Cohen, founder and Chief Gathering Officer of Gather Better. Her Impact Lab framework made us much more deliberate about designing the experience around a clear purpose.

We used it throughout CREATE last year, and it guides this year’s gathering too.

• Clarify why people need to gather before designing the agenda.
• Plan for the different ways people learn and process.
• Use opening and closing rituals to help people arrive and connect.
• Debrief after the gathering and use what we learned to improve the next one.

Belonging grows through hundreds of choices around the agenda. We pay attention to transitions, introductions, places to reset, and opportunities for joy.

And the dress code! Wear whatever feels good while you learn, make, connect, and....move at the Silent Disco if that sounds fun!

The one and only Olivia Odileke will keep the vibrations high as our MC and Connection Host.

There will be no shortage of serious conversations - the container is set. We can’t wait to host women in a safe, highly intellectual experience, but where we can drop our shoulders and maybe give them a little shimmy.
