One of our SLAIers, C, who'd just lost her job, opened Claude Code before she opened Indeed.
She built a coaching app for introverted, neurodivergent founders—women like her.
She was one of over a dozen women who shared what they’re building - and more importantly - WHY - at a recent Social Saturday.
A healthcare navigation app with Stripe in test mode. An ad video platform with paying customers. A tool that shows you exactly how AI models are ranking (or ignoring) your website.
What’s inside:
How Google Search Console reveals what AI thinks of your site
A four-step vibe coding framework used before writing a single line of code
Twelve projects from women who are deep in the work of using AI to create positive change

This week's piece come from Barbara Croatto, an Italian-born, Ireland-based graphic designer whose work blends visual storytelling, experimental image-making, and a love for lettering. Her early influences include designers like Fortunato Depero, whose bold work for Italian drink advertising helped shape modern brand graphics.
Over the past three years, Barbara has integrated AI into her creative process, using it as a generative playground to explore surreal, theatrical aesthetics inspired by contemporary visual culture — while staying grounded in the craftsmanship and core tools that define her design foundation.
Rooted in her Italian heritage, she draws inspiration from Italian fashion, interior design, and arthouse cinema. She is a member of Women of AI and has been featured in The Main Event #145 hosted by BigAl Gruswitz and in the Canadian Design Network Newsletter.

How to Score Better Ads Using Creative AI with Ben Jones
What actually makes an ad work — and how do you score that at scale? Ben Jones spent a decade as Google's global creative director studying creative effectiveness across millions of campaigns. Now he's the founder of Sun Dogs, a platform that diagnoses video content at scale, and AI has become a key part of how that work gets done. In this episode, Ben joins Kyle and Chef Kelly Anderson to unpack what 12,000 creator videos revealed about cognitive load, authenticity, and why brands that apply ad best practices to creator content end up with content that falls flat. He also gets into "rewilding" — the strategy L'Oreal used to stop constraining creators and start getting real results — and shares his take on what AI can and can't do for storytelling when style is easy to copy but taste isn't.
