In her session at Social Saturday on May 9, Susi O'Neil reminded us all that the tools that are supposed to even the odds are reinforcing the same biases we'd hoped to leave behind.
Susi leads EVA Digital, hosts the Insight Story podcast, and has spent years mapping where AI adoption breaks down for women and underrepresented workers. Her talk laid out 8 adoption gaps — from the classroom to the C-suite — and four principles for the leaders trying to close them. Thank you, Susi!!
She also told us about her book contract with a UK publisher. Years of research went into it. When the publisher asked her to soften the title and the framing due to the political climate, she said no and released everything for free.
We built a companion guide from that session — you will for sure learn something new.

🗓️ Join us for Social Saturday

What Happens to Your Digital Life After Your Physical Life Ends? The wellness benefit nobody is offering yet — and the personal version, so you can start your own plan this Saturday. Niki is the Founder and CEO of ENDevo and a Digital Legacy Thanatologist. Both her parents were gone by the time she turned 50. A former hospice clinician with a background in project management and risk analysis, she started asking a question most people avoid — what happens to your digital life when your physical one ends? She built ENDevo and My Final Playbook to answer it. A four-part approach to end-of-life planning — legal, financial, physical, and digital — designed for individuals and for employers who want to offer it to their teams.
This Social Saturday, Niki is showing us what the employee wellness benefit nobody is offering yet looks like, and what it takes for a leader to bring it to her team. We'll also cover the personal version, so you can start your own plan in the same hour.

🎙️ AI Readiness Project
Your AI Business Analyst Is Already Waiting, with Alice Bazdikian
What happens when a solo founder decides her AI agents need a matriarch?
In this solo episode of The AI Readiness Project, Anne Murphy addresses one of the most provocative ideas she's been developing: what it looks like to build an agentic company from a care-infrastructure-first perspective. She calls it the world's first matriarchal agentic company — and she makes a strong case for why it might be exactly what this moment calls for.
Guest Alice Bazdikian, founder of Small Business AI Coach, joins Anne to talk about her own leap into Claude Code, how she automated a months-long sales pipeline in a single weekend, and why she waited this long to get her hands dirty with AI tools. The two cover which jobs AI is already replacing — prospect researchers and financial analysts among them — what it means to be a team of one who can now do the work of ten, and why small business owners are sitting on recovered revenue if they just let AI go through their inbox.
