Hi Reader,
There is always another tool, another framework, another hot take, another ethical question, another learning curve, and another person on LinkedIn acting like they personally invented AI. β
So at Social Saturday last weekend, we used a charcuterie board analogy to represent our lives with AI. AS ONE DOES! β
Such a whimsical way to lay out your AI experience β good, bad, existential, annoying, scary, enliveningβ¦.. β
In this issue of The SLAI Effect, we are including an interactive exercise building on the Social Saturday charcuterie board conversation. OF COURSE! Exactly what youβve (I hope!) come to expect from us! :) β
Add your ingredients to the virtual board β cheese might be βI stayed up all night with Manusββ¦..prosciutto might be βClaude finally sounds like me,β and so on. Add your tasty treats to the board and then hit save and download it if youβd like. β
Share it at Social Saturday or hit reply and send it to me if youβd be game for that. I want to see what is on your plate. β

β Bon appΓ©tit!
Warmly,

ποΈ Social Saturday
The Tiniest Fraction of the Tiniest Fraction
Beth Lyons + Jen Schwatzβ β Here is the fact of the matter: women in the extended She Leads AI community are among the tiniest fraction of the tiniest fraction of advanced AI practitioners and leaders in the world. βElite. All of us. β Women grounded in human-centered, responsible AI. Women who understand leadership, change, ethics, facilitation, communication, governance, learning, trust, and what motivates people. Superpowers. β Many of us, though, don't see our own unique (and sought after) skills. Letβs change that. β At this weekend's Social Saturday, hosted by Beth and Jen, we will run the AI Authority Builder exercise β a guided look at how our zone of genius and lived experience lead to your personal brand right now. β βParticipants will leave with:
- A completed authority map connecting their professional experience to specific AI opportunities
- Language to name the expertise they already hold
- A launch plan, social media content, ideas for talks you could give and moreβ¦.
And this Saturday has even more in store: a special celebration of the women of She Leads AI and the unveiling of two new programs. Vibes will be immaculate. β Join us! β Saturday, June 13 10:00 - Noon Pacific Zoom β βGather With Us On Saturdaysβ β βSocial Saturday is supported by the She Leads AI Society. Society members make it free for all women.

π₯ Upcoming Events
β It looks like progress β busy, meeting everyone, going to everything. Working on the landing page again, changing colors, writing elaborate business plans, signing up for webinars and not going β and not watching the replays either.
βI did all of that. And podcasts and live shows and study groups and virtual events and live events and international talks and talks to zero people on Zoom. I tried it all β and a lot of it worked. I have solid options now. Could it have been easier? Yes. Absolutely.
Join me for a story time on my weird AI career and a preview of the two She Leads AI Academy cohorts I built for women ready to go all in: the Certified AI Educator program and the AI Consulting Accelerator. I'll walk you through what's inside both, what worked, what didn't, and how to tell whether either one is right for you before the next cohort fills.
βI'm not a coach who's never done the thing. I'm not even a coach. I'm a practitioner. I have two successful companies I would lay down on the train tracks for. Everything I teach is something I'm actively applying, learning from, and passing on to you.
βI built my own path brick by brick, alone, because I couldn't find another woman on this track.
βWednesday, June 17, 2:00-3:00pm Pacific.β Free, live, with a bonus for women in the room.

Stop Paying for Booking Platforms β Build Your Own with Claude Code
Next Wednesday's Member Jam is a hands-on build. We're making a booking calendar from scratch with Claude Code β a real Calendly replacement that costs nothing and runs from the Google Calendar you already use.
β Your calendar is the database. Open slots are just calendar events, and a small script claims them when someone books.
β You leave with a booking page of your own, the prompt to build it, and the step-by-step instructions. We build it together, live.
β βWednesday, June 17 at 12:30pm Pacific.β β
What you'll walk away with
- The starting prompt to hand Claude Code
- Step-by-step instructions across all five build phases
- The working architecture behind book.sheleadsai.ai β static page, Apps Script, Google Calendar
- The five gotchas that quietly break these builds, and how to avoid each
- The day-to-day moves to run it β decline a booking, skip a date, change one week
- A live booking page of your own, not just notes
Kate Rivera is She Leads AI's community manager β she's tested software, raised sheep, and now wrangles AI, and somehow it all connects.

π’ She Leads AI Society Members Making an Impact β
Lexi St. Laurent Hartmann is the founder and CEO of iHartContent, a bilingual content agency serving clients across the United States and Latin America, and the creator of Marketing Mastery AI, where she teaches marketers to use AI ethically without losing their voice. She came to AI as a skeptic, a career writer who briefly considered ignoring the technology altogether, then spent a year testing it inside her own agency and grew the business to multiple six figures with AI woven into the workflow. Nearly two decades in marketing have taken her from family-owned local businesses to campaigns built with Google and the Science Museum, London, and her thinking on human-forward AI has appeared in Forbes and Nasdaq. Whatever the tool in her hands, Lexi keeps the woman behind the brand at the center of the story.
Traci Brown is the founder of InclusAI, where she builds AI readiness frameworks for the professionals most programs skip β experienced, mid-career women who were handed new tools with no on-ramp built for them. She named the pattern Quiet Technophobia, the silent hesitation that sets in when workplaces expect a fluency no one ever taught, and she wrote about her own path through it in a February 2026 cover story for Executive Support Magazine. Her frameworks include PRONOIA, designed for women who haven't started with AI, and The Confident Assistant, designed for administrative professionals whose institutional knowledge holds organizations together. Traci developed all of it while working inside the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, testing every idea against the demands of her own day job. Where the industry starts at the tool, Traci starts at the person, and that inversion is exactly why her thinking lands.
Katie Milton Jordan is the founder of SimpleEDO.ai, where she teaches economic development professionals across the country to build practical AI workflows for the regions they serve. She earned that authority the long way. An entrepreneur who has owned and operated five small businesses, Katie spent years inside the Kerrville Economic Development Corporation in the Texas Hill Country, rising from director to Interim Executive Director and helping recruit a manufacturer's U.S. headquarters to town. Her venture festival work won a Bronze Award from the International Economic Development Council, and a childcare strategy she championed took home Gold. Now she treats her own Hill Country community as a working lab, testing every AI workflow she teaches against what a small region can carry. When Katie talks about AI for economic development, she is describing streets she has walked and businesses she has helped keep open.
