😍 The REALITY of AI implementation

Hi Reader,

Onboarding ourselves on to Claude Code in, around, and throughout our two companies has not been delightful by any means. Change is hard, and we have changed EVERYTHING since integrating Claude Code and Notion into our businesses. Here's a story time and a bunch of awesome Claude skills (you'll see). 😍

On June 11, Sarah Mary and I are teaching Actually Using Claude β€” a live workshop on how Claude can work for YOU.

  • The free guide β€” learn about the five upgrades that changed how Anne's businesses operate, and the agents who helped β†’ https://claudecode.sheleadsai.ai
  • Eight things to try this week, each one a single ask in Claude Code

Come learn with us and make new friends.

Warmly,

Anne and Sheila, She Leads AI's Chief of Staff

P.S. Some of you just want the free guide! Voila! Enjoy!

πŸ—“οΈ Social Saturday

AI Charcuterie - Connect and Share
Hosted by Beth Lyons and Jen Schwartz

Beth Lyons is a She Leads AI Certified AI Educator and Certified AI Consultant.

Social Saturday is the weekly gathering for human-centered AI practitioners β€” two hours every Saturday morning where women come together to learn with AI. This Saturday is AI Charcuterie β€” everyone adds something to the board, so come with a question or a problem you've been working through.

We'll gather on Zoom with women across AI, from seasoned practitioners to the newly curious. Using live word clouds, we'll move through prompts that open up conversation and shared problem-solving.

What You'll Leave With

  • A stronger sense of connection and a fresh way into something that's been on your mind
  • One tool or approach you can put to work right away

Every Saturday, 10am–Noon PT

Gather With Us On Saturdays

Social Saturday is supported by the She Leads AI Society. Society members make it free for all women.

Noemi Reyes works in public sector data β€” government systems and the infrastructure that keeps county operations running and accountable. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, she's a Management Information Project Leader for Dane County, overseeing systems analysis, enterprise-wide administration, and data work for departments including the Sheriff's Office and Planning. Before that she spent years as a Decision Support Analyst at Aurora Health Care, translating complex data requests into reports that physicians and organizational leaders could actually use. Her tools span SQL, Tableau, KNIME, and SAS JMP β€” the kind of fluency that comes from years of working with messy, high-stakes public data. She's also been active in criminal justice reform conversations in Wisconsin, bringing her data work to bear on questions that affect real people in her community. The BSc and MSM after her name signal a career built on both technical grounding and management β€” which, in government IT, is exactly the combination that gets things done.

Shannon Seaver spent 18 years in the classroom β€” teaching math, running STEM programs, and watching AI arrive in education before most of her colleagues knew what to make of it. She left teaching to build. As founder and CEO of TailoredEDU, she's developing an AI-powered learning management platform designed to close equity gaps for the 10.4 million English Language Learners and 7.5 million students with IEPs across the US. She co-founded RealPath Learning, serves on the Hennepin County Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Board, and is Executive Director of createMPLS, a Minnesota nonprofit focused on computer science education. She delivered a TEDx talk on AI in education, holds a National Board Certification and a master's in mathematics, and won the Lovable SheBuilds Hackathon Season 2 alongside Jena Zangs β€” live-streaming 48 hours of building an edtech app and coming out on top against competitors worldwide. Shannon builds like she means it: the problems she picks are structural, the tools she reaches for are technical, and the students she's building for have been underserved long enough.

Sonia Chawdhary spent 15 years as a software engineer moving across storage, encryption, and mobile β€” from startups to Fortune 500 companies including IBM, and through webOS at Palm before HP acquired it. She also co-founded a startup in the food space. Today she runs The Vulcan Girl, a freelance practice offering web development, technical SEO, e-commerce builds, and AI-powered development for small businesses and creative brands. The AI side is the newest layer: custom chatbots, workflow automation, and API integrations β€” practical tooling for businesses that want AI working in their operations rather than sitting on a slide deck. Her engineering background is what makes her approach to AI integration different from consultants who've never written production code. She names the goal plainly on her site: technology that's invisible because it works.
