At She Leads AI, we use the word co-conspirators on purpose.

Women in AI do not need another conference full of polite small talk. We need women who understand the stakes and the weirdness.

That is what CREATE is for.

Yes, there will be workshops and roundtables designed around practical AI skills - from setting up your AI tech stack to building agentic infrastructure - but the signal is what happens around the edges — the "wait, you too?" moments and the group chats that continue long after October.

We have witnessed women in this community care for one another through illness, launch companies together, and become one another's ride-or-die in AI (and life!!!!).
